What is your view on buying Mars soil (Maritan dirt) that is being sold for 20$ per kg?

University of Central Florida's Planetary Sciences Group have possibly simulated Mars soil and have been selling it for 20 $ per Kg. What is your view on that? Some people say that the University managed to create a fake soil and they are now selling it. Do you think it is a fake soil?
