Mount Banahaw is located at the boundary of Laguna and Quezon provinces in the Philippines. It is also believed to be a holy mountain where locals consider the water from its spring as holy water that can store their vitality and spiritual health.

Last December, we spent 3 days in a private property (via airbnb) at foot of the mountain. As we enter the mountain, we were greeted by large trees and unpaved roads leading to the property.

The other day, we got to enjoy a beautiful sunrise and a sneaky rainbow.

Hope we can return to this place this month to celebrate my son's birthday, who is currently very fascinated about the stars and the other planets. We will be bringing along his new toy, his brand new telescope! Praying for a good weather and clear skies for him to observe the milky way.
