Extremely deranged, no-frills, and extremely purple, Dr. Mundo is what makes Zaun citizens stay home for the night especially. This simple monster does not seem to want anything but pain - whether to give or receive. Taking the giant milling knife as it was, Mundo famously arrested and tortured dozens of Zaun civilians for his "nefarious" surgeries, which looked for no purpose or total meaning. He is brutal. He's hard to guess. Where he wants to go. Technically, he is not a doctor.
