Thanks man I really appreciate it. Definitely give it a try once you have a good recipe to follow, it make it pretty simple. I followed the Grace recipe but compared it with others also. You can't go wrong with the festival, maybe next I'll try that out. This is definitely one dish I could see myself making more often.
