The ideal shower frequency varies from region to region and country to country. There will even be a change from season to season. The frequency of showering is high during periods when the weather is very hot, and the frequency of showering is very low during periods when the weather is cool.
In fact, the frequency of taking a shower may vary from profession to profession. The frequency of showering should be high for people who work in jobs that require physical needs. Again, because men sweat more than women, men should take a shower more often.
