I thought she had possibly been raped but she wasn't left exposed in such a manner. Her leg positioning didn't suggest she had been raped either. There also wasn't any other apparent ripping of the clothing.

She's naked and covered with a blanket. She's also got what appears is a plastic bag and bandage gag on her face. She looks like she wasn't stabbed at all, and the blood clearly looks like it was smeared on fresh and it dried.
