The irony is that once the police watch the footage they inform the team that they could arrest the Pfizer exec!! They choose not to.

I think that the cops say if James O'Keeffe and the Undercover Reporter were still present they could report the guy and then they would arrest him, yet they had left at that point, the rest of the team was still there and I think when the cops showed up the loon had already fled.
