Except that I just gave examples of people who have no Want for electricity let alone Need. They clearly aren't going to join the Internet anytime soon, or get a Phone. Many tribes in India do fine without electricity, there's a large section of the world who don't Electricity. Eventually? I doubt it. You can divide 1 into an infinite amount of parts, and each part in turn you can divide again and again, and you will never reach 0, the same with technology, even in 1000 years it'll be tribes and people who don't want Electricity.
