Yesterday I had the opportunity to visit one of the traditional coffee roasting centers in my city. This is one of the oldest traditional coffee processing here. Located in the village of Meunasah Manyang, Kandang, Muara Dua sub-district, Lhokseumawe city. The processing of coffee here is fairly simple, all the equipment used is still traditional.
Although coffee processing and roasting are done traditionally, this business is able to produce coffee that is ready to be distributed an average of 30 kilograms each day. with the marketing area coverage of the city of Lhokseumawe.
