My family wanted some cooling and refreshing vibe in this hot afternoon. And since I'm in a good mood today so I prepared them something that will made them happy and refreshed.. So here's what you'll going to need to make a delicious papaya shake

1 large papaya or 2 cups (peeled and cut into cubes) 1 cup of evaporated milk Ice cubes for a chilled and refreshing shake Sugar or honey (optional) Here's the procedures in making this delicious refreshment In a blender , add the sliced papaya , milk ,water and ice cubes . Crushed the ice cubes and mix it.. Ensure that papaya is ripe and sweet.

Mix everything and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Pour it into a glass once it's creamy and smooth..

Chilled and poured into a glass served it immediately to your family..For some extra sweetness or flavor you can also add some honey or vanilla extract.

This papaya shake is beneficial to one's body most especially in your digestive system. It helps your gut to become healthy and also prevents one from being constipated.
