Following former Prime Minister Najib Razak’s resignation after his Barisan Nasional’s massive electoral defeat at the polls yesterday, a whole host of civil servant cronies have also tendered in their resignations. They include:

New Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamed has stated that while he has accepted their resignations, it does not mean that they are exempt from the law. Many have already been arrested and will be arraigned before a court on corruption, obstruction of justice and other related charges.
