One important aspect in the learning process is teamwork, each student has varying intelligence. Not all of them have the same level of intelligence, some are low, and also high. So this situation requires a collaboration, in order to achieve satisfactory educational processes and results.

This learning method activity is a combination of individual work, work, and quick feedback conducted using a structured format from pre-class preparation, individual and group readiness tests, and application exercises.
The concept of this learning method is a Learning Team consisting of 5 to 7 people can be an effective learning team because the relationship between them is the main force that can support each other in the learning process.
Each method certainly has special elements that make it easier for us to identify and also apply it during the educational process. Among the core elements of this method are: Group consisting of several groups, accountability, feedback, task design All of these elements must be used when implementing team-based learning methods.
Reading assignments, Team Readiness Assurance Test written appeals, individual Readiness Assurance Test, and the last element is, Instructor Feedback.
That is a brief explanation of one of the Balajr methods, namely the team-based learning method. The benefits of using this method are varied, one of which is creating interactive discussions on actual issues. In this learning the teacher acts as a facilitator.
