And I will just tell you the opposite right now. I just came back from a 2 hour walk around Nara park; Todai-Ji temple. I was alone there at 7 to 8pm.

So, the magic is there. You just have to find it. That path is quite famous by the way. It’s called Urasando walk. You can google it :)
