However, since you are keen on consensus. I think I will write a note raising awareness of DHF among general community, and how to properly evaluate each proposal. Main thing is, if you are asking funding from the community, and I am a member of the community, so by logic, you are asking funding from me (or a vote that is). Correct?

If that is the case, I want to

1. raise the awareness regarding gtg's Return Proposal @gtg/steemdao

   • basically asking the community members to vote for the Return Proposal here; which does not cost any money, but simply a threshold which people should vote first to understand and evaluate all other proposal or proposals in question. It also raises the bar for a proposal to get funded. That is simply the indented purpose of the Return Proposal.
   • once they understand the details and merit of a particular proposal, they can vote the proposal of their choice at their leisure.

2. raise awareness on how to actually lobby for a proposal, just like in the real world. To gather consensus, by convincing each stakeholder for a vote.

3. in the end I expect, the community is the custodian for the DHF, so it is the responsibility of the community to make a conscious decision.
