It is the biggest bottleneck. But think about why it was designed. If that was and is not there. Legacy players some of them are legacy exploiters, who still have some free alpha and beta cards will put them on land and get free DEC which they will sell immediately.

In this game the main problem is to fight not the monsters but exploiters. Trouble is a lot of the rules that were placed to resist exploiters also hurt honest players!
