Gone!
Yeah, I wanted to do a click-bait. This morning at the time of Splinterlands AMA (Town Hall), I used up all my vouchers. I thought I will only get about 2000 Chaos Legion Packs. However, as I am just getting more excited about this pre-sale, not only I used up all my vouchers but I also went to the market at bought about 273 vouchers to get me to the next tier level. As of right now I have 4125 Chaos Packs and that gives me a ranking of 20 in the leaderboard as of now.
I am not that much worried about ranking, as I still think more people will buy these pack on the last day, and that will drop my ranking. Perhaps if I can be in the top 50, that would be enough to have a meaningful position in the game. One of my regrets was not to participate in the Beta sale, and Untamed kickstarter. Also I barely bought any Untamed pack in the beginning. I did buy a lot towards the end, but it was never enough I felt. I still do not have certain Untamed cards maxed. I am not going to do the same mistake with the Chaos Legion packs. I will max all cards 2X and then have some spare. This is my goal.
TownHall and the Lore!
Lately I am listening to most of the AMAs (we will start to call them TownHall). There are a lot of things I like about these now. I particularly enjoy how much the Splinterlands Team has grown lately. Almost everytime I get to learn about a new team member. Meeting are very organized now. I am always a supporter on how this particular game developers are balancing the game with respect to incentive for stakeholders and incentive to common players. They typically put both of the ahead of their personal profits. Kudos to both Matt and Aggy (and the rest of the team) for that. I like that the guilds or other individual with large purchases can have a way to do that efficiently. Borrowing Aggy's words, this to me is nothing but a 'white glove service'. I like this idea a lot.

Art was always excellent, but now the depth of the story of the lore is giving the art a new deeper perspective. I highly recommend people to read up on the lore, it is only make your game play more enjoyable.
