Yesterday, I took to my sketchbook to explore the alphabet 'K' as creative lettering and type design exploration. Middle - Left design really caught my attention. I wanted to further explore it with colors as part of my gouache letter series.
Color Palette - Monochrome red created with Vermillion and White Brustro gouache paints.
This came out as abstract art. I love these kinds of surprises. You created with something in mind and after completion, it's completely something else. It certainly has given me ideas for abstract paintings.
