I have had the inkling to create a complete set of typeface designs for a while now. That is one of the reasons why I explore one alphabet at a time in most of my lettering explorations. It's mostly to find a gem of a design that can further be created into a Type Design set.
In this post, I've shared two pages of alphabet exploration with letters 'S', 'M', 'W'. and the first draft of a typeface design. It's a work-in-progress for now :)
'S' is one of those letters I've avoided exploring because of the curves and even though it's not the best of designs I've created today, I have gotten over a bump I feel.
