I'm so excited today as it's the last day of my service year/ passing out parade.
Service to the fatherland is a very compulsory phase for every graduates in Nigeria.
A government parastatal, NYSC
(National Youth Service Corp) oversees this process by deploying prospective Corp members to different states in the country for their one year primary assignment.
It's been a very interesting journey so far. I missed home, but had so much fun here in Benin City where I was posted to.
Benin City is rich in culture and traditions. The City though so different from my home town is awesome!
