Hello everyone! This is my first time posting in this community.

I haven't played video games for a long time, more for lack of time than for lack of desire.
But this year I wanted to resume this gamer facet in me, which has been in my heart since when I was little I had my first game console: the Sega Megadrive.

My intention is to publish original content and always, with 3speak as my preference, although later I will re-upload the content in a new channel that I have opened in Youtube. I opened it simply because some of my friends prefer to watch the videos on their TV, and it's more convenient for them to watch it from that other platform. But always, my content will first go to 3speak and after a few days, to the other side. 😄

Likewise if you are one of those who prefer to watch content from your TV as well, you are invited to the new channel I opened, because it was for that purpose. Also there you can easily change the subtitles of the video in any language; even if the translation is not very correct sometimes.

This time I played the Resident Evil 4: Remake demo, trying to remember the controls, and the original video game.

As I've been some time without playing I'm a little bit lame aiming the guns but I hope to get better 🤣.

The video includes English subtitles, which I have translated with the Youtube tool (that's why I also opened my new channel haha) but first, the video will only be available here in Hive.

Now let's talk about the first impressions that the demo has left me, although I don't know which elements will keep in the final version of the game and which ones won't.

The demo starts telling a little about why Leon S. Kennedy goes to this town in Spain; since it is where it was last known that the daughter of the president of the United States was (who knows what she was doing here, maybe she escaped backpacking and without an escort haha).

¡Hola a todos! Es mi primera vez publicando en esta comunidad. También hacía tiempo que no jugaba a videojuegos, por falta de tiempo más que por falta de ganas.
Pero este año quería retomar esta faceta gamer en mí, que ha estado en mi corazón desde que cuando era pequeña tuve mi primera videoconsola: la Sega Megadrive.

Mi intención es publicar contenido original y siempre, con 3speak como preferencia, aunque después vuelva a resubir el contenido en un canal que he abierto nuevo en Youtube. Lo abrí simplemente porque algunos de mis amigos prefieren ver los vídeos en su televisión, y les es más cómodo verlo desde esa otra plataforma. Pero siempre, mi contenido primero irá a 3speak y después de unos días, al otro lado. 😄

Igualmente si eres de los que prefiere ver contenido desde su televisión también, estás invitado al canal nuevo que he abierto, porque fue con ese propósito. Además allí puedes cambiar fácilmente los subtítulos del vídeo en cualquier idioma; aunque la traducción no sea muy correcta a veces.

En esta ocasión he jugado a la demo de Resident Evil 4: Remake , intentando acordarme de los controles, y del videojuego original.

Como he estado tiempo sin jugar soy un poco manca apuntando con las armas pero espero ir mejorando 🤣.

El vídeo incluye subtítulos en inglés, que he traducido con la herramienta de Youtube (por eso también he abierto mi nuevo canal jaja) pero el vídeo primero sólo estará disponible aquí.

Ahora vamos a hablar de las primeras impresiones que me ha dejado la demo, aunque desconozco qué elementos mantendrán en la versión final del juego y cuáles no.

La demo comienza contando un poco el por qué Leon S. Kennedy va hasta este pueblo en España; ya que es donde se supo por última vez que estuvo la hija del presidente de Estados Unidos (a saber qué hacía ahí ella, puede que se escapase de mochilera y sin escolta jaja)

Although when you start playing, you first have to look for the policeman who had given the tip-off of the girl's trail.

Aunque cuando comienzas a jugar, primero tienes que buscar al policía que había dado el aviso del rastro de la chica.

We go into a dark road, and we find a dead deer (in the video I say it's a cow, but I got confused). Finding dead animals is always a bad sign.

Vamos adentrándonos en un camino oscuro, y encontramos un ciervo muerto (en el vídeo digo que es una vaca, pero me confundí). Encontrar animales muertos siempre es mala señal.

Then we got to a small hut, and we entered very confident, without knocking on the door or anything... A full-fledged breaking and entering haha.

Después llegamos hasta una pequeña cabaña, y entramos muy confiados, sin llamar a la puerta ni nada... Allanamiento de morada en toda regla jaja

Inside, we find a man with very red eyes, as if he had smoked something strange, and instead of being surprised to see us inside his home, he starts to babble something and ignores us, until he suddenly attacks us.

En el interior, encontramos a un señor con los ojos muy rojos, como si se hubiese fumado algo raro, y que en lugar de extrañarse por vernos dentro de su hogar, se pone a balbucear algo y nos ignora, hasta que de repente nos ataca.

We shot him down, and stole a key from him so we could continue investigating his hut, looking for the policeman, whose bloody badge we found on the ground.

Lo derribamos, y le robamos una llave para poder continuar investigando su cabaña, en busca del policía, del cuál encontramos la placa ensangrentada en el suelo.

We finally found the policeman, of course, he was dead.

Finalmente encontramos al policía, por supuesto, estaba muerto.

The gentleman with whom we had struggled earlier, apparently returns ready to attack us.

El señor con el que habíamos forcejeado antes, al parecer vuelve dispuesto a atacarnos.

We kill him and after a cinematic, more people chase us so we have to find how to run away from the hut.

Finally Leon jumps out of a window (thank God, because I only had one bullet left in my gun).

Le matamos y tras una cinemática, más gente nos persigue así que tenemos que encontrar cómo huir de la cabaña.

Finalmente Leon salta por una ventana (gracias a Dios, porque ya sólo me quedaba una bala en la pistola)

After going through a path where we found a dog killed by a trap, which made me very sad and sorry, because in the original game you could save the dog, but here I found it dead already 😥.... I hope in the final version of the game you have option to save the little animal.

Tras recorrer un camino en el que encontramos a un perro muerto por un cepo, lo cual me dio muchísima tristeza y lástima, porque en el juego original tú podías salvar al perrito, pero aquí lo encontré muerto ya 😥... Espero que en la versión final del juego tengas opción de salvar al animalito.

We kill a couple of infected and arrive at the small town where a policeman is being burned alive.

Matamos a un par de infectados y llegamos al pueblito donde están quemando vivo a un policía.

Then, after trying to move stealthily so there wouldn't be too much ruckus, I end up making too much noise and all the pissed off Spaniards start chasing me 🤣.
In the villages people are good, eh? This is just fiction. If you visit my country you will see that the village people are very humble and nice to those who come from outside. They are just a little gossipy, but because they are small places haha.

Well, the main mission becomes "survive the confrontation" so that we have to hold on without dying until the end of the demo.

The problem comes when the one with the chainsaw comes out.

Después, tras intentar avanzar sigilosamente para que no hubiera mucho jaleo, acabo haciendo demasiado ruido y empiezan a perseguirme todos los españoles cabreados 🤣.
En los pueblos la gente es buena, ¿eh? Esto es sólo ficción. Si visitáis mi país veréis que la gente de pueblo es muy humilde y maja con los que vienen de fuera. Sólo son un poco cotillas, pero porque son lugares pequeños jaja.

Bueno, pues la misión principal pasa a ser "sobrevive al enfrentamiento" de modo que, tenemos que aguantar sin morir hasta que finalice la demo.

El problema viene cuando sale el de la motosierra

Es invencible, y por más granadas o disparos de escopeta que le doy, no puedo derrumbarlo.
Así que sólo me quedaba correr y defenderme como pudiese, intentando zafarme de las garras de los pueblerinos que estaban intentando atraparme.

I learned a path that I was doing in a circle all the time to try to escape and survive, and finally we were saved by the bell🤣.

Me aprendí un camino que estuve haciendo en círculo todo el tiempo para así intentar huir y sobrevivir, y finalmente fuimos salvados por la campana🤣

-I played the PC version, downloaded from Steam.

-The demo starts at night, when in the original it was daytime.

-The graphics are very, very good, the texture, the details.... Everything is very good.

-The dubbing has been improved considerably. In the original, the videogame is set in a town in Spain, but the dubbing has a Mexican accent and words, which didn't make any sense and I thought it was very funny. But now, they have a Spanish accent from Spain.

-The dialogues that were in the original game have been kept. Including the phrases said by the enemies, like the famous "behind you, asshole" that made me laugh so much, and still does.

-I don't really like the change in the inventory with respect to combining herbs, as it's confusing at first, but I think I remember that in the original they also made this change when you went from RE3 to RE4. I guess it's just a matter of getting used to it.

He jugado en la versión para PC, descargado desde Steam.

-La demo comienza de noche, cuando en el original era de día.

-Los gráficos son muy, muy buenos, la textura, los detalles... Todo muy bien.

-Se ha mejorado considerablemente el doblaje. En el original, el videojuego está ambientado en un pueblo de España, pero el doblaje tiene acento y palabras mexicanas, lo cual no tenía ningún sentido y a mí me parecía muy gracioso. Pero ahora, tienen acento español de España.

-Se han mantenido los diálogos que habían en el juego original. Incluidas las frases que dicen los enemigos, como la famosa "detrás de ti, imbécil" que tanta risa me causaba, y me sigue causando.

-No me gusta mucho el cambio del inventario respecto a lo de combinar hierbas, ya que al principio resulta confuso, pero creo recordar que en el original también hicieron este cambio cuando se pasó del RE3 al RE4. Supongo que todo será acostumbrarse.
