Vodka can be derived from the processing of almost all materials of agricultural origin: the best known are cereals (wheat, barley, buckwheat), but other agricultural products can be used [2], among them, apples [3], beets, chestnuts, sugar or rice but also fruits (apples, pears, cherries ...).

It has become the national alcohol of many countries (Russia, Poland, Ukraine, Finland, etc.) [4]. Between four and five thousand brands of vodka are present on the market. Today, vodka is produced in many countries, both in traditionally manufacturing countries and in most countries that consume alcohol.
