Love this, “live in the now ” because that’s all we have.
Recently the idea of stoicism have been appealing to me, there are two important I got from it; one being things you can not control so there’s no point /need to worry about it, you can not do anything about it and the other being the things you can control, this being the most important, because the stage is set for you to act,perform and create something for and by yourself.
I have only been accessing contents on stoicism on YouTube and Seneca is a name that is always coming up, top guy I think😅 because he figured some part of this life out!
