According to my viewpoint, teachers are parents are having the same critical situation in teaching and training individuals. I was reviewing an article where it was concluded that parents must make their children realize their ego and self-esteem. They shouldn't compromise on this, as it may provide them with mental strength. Now about bullying, I agree with your thoughts that we force our kids not to tease or bully others for the abnormalities others have. Lots of love for the feedback.
