Why would I have exactly 4 new followers immediately after I post, happened twice today?

Usually these are accounts that is use for resteem services. They use to follow every users on the platform. Then they will send you 0.001 SBD and offering resteem services. They are also waiting for a follow back coz they need a lot of followers too so their service will perform better.
