According a football agent, PSG will be declaring the transfer is a Bosman transfer which means Neymar is a FREE transfer.
This they argue is so as he bought his own contract out. Where did he get the money from? PSG are smart, very smart. They claim the Qatari government is paying Neymar £500m for being an ambassador for the 2022 world cup.
This means no penny came from PSG. We know it is a lie but that's PSG's explanation and since there is no one who can argue against this, PSG won't fall foul of UEFA's FFP laws.
When UEFA investigate ( they claim they will at the end of the transfer window) they will find no wrongdoing on the part of PSG as the money is coming from the Qatari government not from PSG.
