According to my understanding, management need to set goals and objectives in an organisation and the employees has to be carried along with the plan in order for the plans to be executed effectively and efficiently. A plan of an organisation can never be ascertain if there is no unity and motivation to the employee from the employer or organisation. The employees must enjoy job satisfaction if the particular organisation want to achieve there goals and objectives.
