Hello everyone, today I am going to talk about my favourite anime character which is Sasuke Uchiha from anime Naruto. This character may not be everyone’s cup of tea but to be honest I have been loving him since the beginning. There are many favorite versions of him which I like. The main reason why I love this character more than any other character because no other character in any anime I watched so far has made me feel real emotional impact on me as the way Sasuke has. For me, Sasuke is something special than just another fictional character, I truly feel like that I am bonded with this character. I don’t know if I am sounding weird and I feel really feeling shy on how I felt about Sasuke when I was watching Naruto but I really have these genuine feelings for him.

To be honest I have never felt anything for male characters because they are not real but as phase as a child I grew up idolising too much for a character but I don't do that anymore. So, I am honestly surprised by my likings as like my favorite character of all times is males and has almost nothing in common with me. In the beginning I was never fond of dark characters, it was always the decent, soft spoken and innocent characters I loved the most but Sasuke is nothing like that he is very much different from the other normal characters that I like and that’s the reason which got me surprised the most.
I think maybe one of biggest reasons that I like Sasuke a lot is because of his incredible backstory which is sad and watching him suffer and losing everything he ever loved. Everything was taken away from him in the most violent way possible. Moreover, this was more than just a heart-break. I always have wanted the best for Sasuke and never hated him for some of his irrational decisions. In real people I knew weren’t fond of this character. Like for real anybody that I knew didn’t like him. Back in time when I was in 8th grade I had a friend who watched Naruto when I asked him who was his favorite character he replied that it is definitely not Sasuke. I laughed it off and acted like normal because it was okay to have different choices. Also I didn't want to debate with him and also felt hurt inside. By the way he was very respectful towards my opinion so, I didn’t have any problem with that.

I checked online platform where there was Naruto fandom and discovered that Sasuke is a controversial character. Back then I was very upset to see how much hate he got and even I saw he got ranked number 3 as the most hated anime characters of all time. But I still tried to understand that not everyone will like him and just because he is likable to me does not mean others will like him too. I have always maintained myself to not argue with any hater of Sasuke and respect their opinion even though I don’t agree but sometimes the hate really gets to me. Few people liked to push my buttons and made me feel in a negative way for enjoying his character.

Sometimes they even tried to make me look shallow for liking him and they used to say that the only reason I like him is because he looks good or something like that but it was never true. Looking back in time I cringe a lot for actually feeling sensitive over something like that. Because I was a kid back then and get hurt easily. In the past I felt sad over it but now since I have completed the anime. I can now hold a firm ground on my opinions and I know that I should never change it because of someone else.

In recent time I have found many people who genuinely loves the character of Sasuke and understands him and I feel grateful. My love for Sasuke will never change and I am glad it didn’t because no other character felt so special which has left this much emotional impact on me. I still support Sasuke his character development is incredible from the beginning to the end. In my point of view his backstory is heart wrenching but still he continued being an awesome character for me.

Sasuke’s story is about finding aspiration even though you are lost in the darkness and there is always a way to find your way back.
Overall, I love all of the characters from Naruto but Sasuke will always remain my favourite no matter what. I love this character soo much even though I have watched it long ago still it’s one of my favourite character from the anime world. Once you start to see him through my eyes you can also find out the valid reason for me to like him.
