I cannot live a day without you my love.

How love that was blooming and thriving could suddenly turn into a mist is beyond me.
How days that were laced with quality times now seem nothing is a mystery that's left me befuddled.

I've often wondered how we got here,
How a once enviable couple became nothing short of sheer mockery.
But it's all good.
I can't squeeze the nectar to get the juice if it has no juice in it.
I can't persuade the sun to shine if the skies are filled with dark clouds.
I'll have to move on regardless and live life to the fullest.
It was a blessing being us for however long it lasted and once that chapter is over,
