Just viewed a Movie on Netflix ( highly recommended ) called Hired Guns .
All about Session Musicians used in famous artists Bands.
All of the featured musicians are outstanding in their fields, and it is often a really good move for them to get behind a Name Artist , or is it?
Really worth Watching!
In my experience , the most difficult Member to replace would be a Vocalist , Instruments can be played in the same way , and bands performing Cover Songs can prove this.
However a Vocalist with a unique Voice can be very difficult to have acceptance from a Bands Fans?
There are a few exceptions, AC/DC, Van Halen, Deep Purple, and Uriah Heep, to name a few.
