Portion.io is creating a wholistic blockchain-powered platform for the luxury, art, and auction-able goods.
What I meant "wholistic" is that they are creating a total platform that enables to own/trade those expensive/unique goods by using Ethereum smart contract.
There are so many features, but these are the most important things in my opinion:
- Raise the partial ownership based on crypto collectible tech (it's beta-live not at here - https://beta.portion.io/?friecows=cb24d5ee#featured
- Trade the goods in a blockchain-powered auctions (It's also beta-live at here - https://beta.portion.io/?friecows=cb24d5ee#market
- Proof of fund - it seems like an oracle to validate each fund created for the ownership/trades
- Escrow - similar with no.3 it's a blockchain-powered escrow that can hold the money in between the traders
- Enterprise solution - loan, insurance, etc.
