IT RUNS!!! ON ITS OWN VARNISHED FUEL!!! I'M SO PUMPED TO FINISH THIS... piece of junk V6 
Anyways, the fuel pump was the issue. The PO didn't lie. I don't know what all the weird electrical issues were, but it runs now. Definitely some weird noises, but it runs.
I don't know what to do next. Maybe I'll get some decent gas and wash the algae off of it this weekend.
