It's done! Well, I have to caulk, but that's boring.
The magic combination was a 90° street elbow to connect the P-trap, then a couple reducer bushings for the 3/4" to connect on the other side. I made minimal effort to clean the basin. It'll flake off eventually. It's a poor design and no longer drains well. I might shim it a little to pitch it to the corner, but I'm mostly washing parts with this so it's no big deal.
