Union as that energetic bond that is impossible to break between two people who love each other. Two people intertwined in a ray of light that cannot be seen with the naked eye, but only felt in the heart.

That energy is indescribable, there are no words that can explain it, simply because I guess that feeling goes beyond the boundaries of this plane.

The heart as the centre, as the most important thing with a magnetic field even greater than the brain. Its energetic force is unsurpassed and its vibrations are the root of life in the world.

That organ that allows, with its feeling, to unite two people, even for inexplicable reasons, that overcomes barriers, in such an incredible way that reason cannot understand.

I am not only referring to the love of a couple, although this is something out of this world, but to the various forms of love, all of which reside in the heart.

That force, which is the most powerful in the world, that can cross borders, distances when it is genuine.

The heart is present in this wonderful bronze sculpture, weighing more than eight tons, where a man and a woman are intertwined with their faces gazing at each other in eternal love.

It is called "Siéxtasis" and is dedicated to the painter Pablo Picasso, a sculpture out of the ordinary, but in the tone of the painter's style.

It was made in 1977 by the sculptor Miguel Ortiz Berrocal.

This beautiful sculpture symbolises a lot, especially that perfect union of lovers, where the arteries intertwine with the heart of both, becoming one.

I imagine that perfect union that rarely in life can be seen, that which transcends time and space, in which words are superfluous, only seeing the eyes of the lovers could express that feeling.

As a perfect complement, this magnificent work is found in the Picasso Gardens, which are shaped like flower petals and where nature surrounds everywhere.

These embracing bodies could also symbolise, from my perspective, that universal love for all that exists, in this case, for example, nature.

A long and heartfelt kiss of love unites this couple represented in the sculpture, and around them arms and arteries generate a kind of tangled nebula that protects that marvellous heart that gives life to emotions.

The name of the sculpture comes from the union of two words, siesta and ecstasy, which fuse the two lovers and demonstrate the strength of the heart and the feeling of love.

I am struck by every part of this sculpture, by the intertwining of these arterial arms with a profound symbolism.

It seems to me a work in accordance with the painter Picasso, it coincides quite well with his form of artistic expression and is a great tribute in his name, in a beautiful natural space surrounded by nature, light and colour.
