It’s brilliant to have boundless energy; it lets you get loads done, because energy actually keeps transforming, and you turn that energy into things, jobs done and even enjoying a bike ride. The garden looks spectacular; you’ve given it a proper clear-out and I love how your video editing is getting better and better. You’ve even had a harvest from the garden!!

And even though we’re taking a break, it’s always good to stay active, it might seem like a contradiction, but that activity can be mental, emotional or imaginative. You’ve got to keep moving all the time!! Big hugs!🤗

Es muy bueno tener energía infinita, permite hacer muchas cosas, porque en realidad la energía se va transformando y vos haces que esa energía luego sean cosas, trabajos hechos y hasta disfrutar de la bici. El patio quedó espectacular, has hecho una gran limpieza y me encanta la edición de los videos como va mejorando. Hasta has tenido cosecha en el jardín!!

Y aunque estemos descansando es siempre bueno estar en actividad, parece una contradicción pero la actividad puede ser mental, emocional, imaginaria. Hay que seguirse moviendo siempre!! Un gran abrazo!🤗
