What I’m seeing in your post is absolutely marvellous, there’s exquisite, elegant art everywhere!! As you mention, that courtyard is beautiful and the angle from which you took the photo is excellent, but when I look at the ceilings I’m amazed, because it’s an illusion rather than a relief, and then the tapestries where Jesus is looking at the people there, it’s an effect that very few artists have managed to achieve, as if those eyes were alive! The map area is equally marvellous, and I don’t think a single visit would be enough to appreciate all the fine art in this place, which goes far beyond the religious perspective; it requires a level of technical skill and knowledge that takes many years to acquire.

Es una absoluta maravilla lo que estoy viendo en tu post, es arte fino y elegante por todas partes!! Como mencionas ese patio es hermoso y la perspectiva desde donde tomaste la foto es excelente, pero cuando miro los techos me asombro, porque es una ilusión y no releve y luego los tapices donde Jesús mira a las personas que están allí, es un efecto que muy pocos artistas lo han logrado, como si esos ojos estuvieran vivos! La zona de los mapas es igualmente maravillosa y no creo que alcance sólo una visita para apreciar el buen arte que hay en el lugar, que va más allá del punto de vista religioso, hay que tener una técnica y conocimiento que cuesta muchos años adquirir.
