It’s lovely to see the importance recognised of these ancient trees, which form part of a city’s culture or serve as landmarks within it, or as a transition to another. I also really like the story you tell about the Tamarindo dwarf, those simple stories that become part of the local folklore.
The restoration of the surroundings and the commemorative plaque have turned out beautifully and are well deserved. A lovely spot. Thank you so much for sharing this and also for commemorating that 400 year old tree. A big hug!💗
Que lindo es que se reconozca la importancia a estos árboles tan antiguos y que forman parte de la cultura de una ciudad o como punto de referencia dentro de ella, como transición hacia otra. Además me gusta mucho la historia que cuentas acerca del enano del Tamarindo, esas historias simples que forman parte comentario entre las personas de un lugar.
