It’s so lovely to see you back here again, and it’s true that life often throws things at us that we don’t see coming, I understand exactly how you feel. Panic attacks are no fun at all; they’re tough to get through and overcome… always look for the source, look for the root of it all, and then you’ll know what to do.

I don’t know what’s going on with your job, but whatever it is, you’re a clever person and I’m sure the answers and clues will turn up. The important thing is to stay well, to be alive and to admire those clouds that bring a breath of fresh air, even if your neighbour doesn’t like them. Thank you so much, a big hug!💗

Que alegría verte nuevamente por aquí y si es verdad muchas veces la vida tiene cosas para nosotros que no sospechamos y pasan, te comprendo. Los ataques de pánico no son nada agradables, duros de atravesar y superar... siempre busca la fuente, busca la raíz de todo, luego sabrás que hacer.

No sé que estará pasando con tu trabajo, pero sea lo que fuere sos una persona inteligente y seguramente las respuestas y señales aparecerán. Lo importante es la saludo, estar vivos y admirar esas nubes que dan frescura, aunque tu vecina no las quiera. Muchas gracias, un gran abrazo!💗
