There’s something oddly peaceful about this little corner of Eram Park. A turtle was floating around the pond all by itself, while a few fish were hanging out together on the other side. At one point, the turtle seemed to swim over to say hello, but judging by the way things turned out, they probably didn’t hit it off. The fish stayed where they were, and the turtle quietly moved on.
The water wasn’t crystal clear, leaves were drifting wherever the breeze and current took them, and somehow that’s exactly what made the scene feel real. Watching it unfold was a gentle reminder that not everything in life goes the way we want—and that’s okay.
I snapped this photo with a regular phone camera about two years ago, during one of those unexpected moments on an autumn day that end up staying with you much longer than you’d expect. 🐢🌿✨
