Hello, friends, photography lovers.

Winter has passed its last month, there is bad weather outside the window. A fine snowball is falling, ice is underfoot, and the wind is blowing. In such weather, it's good to stay at home, drink hot tea or coffee (or maybe something stronger) and remember the past warm summer. And also make plans for the coming summer. But these plans may not come to fruition. But the memories will stay with us forever.

And the best way to preserve these memories is to use photographs taken by us once. Today I will share with you photos of one beautiful butterfly (or several butterflies, they then flew from flower to flower and it seems to me that I photographed several different specimens).

Actually, I came to this flower bed in order to photograph the flowers, but as it turned out, I was not the only one who had such a desire. A small flock of beautiful butterflies fluttered over the flower bed. They flew from flower to flower. I had to wait a long time and catch the moments when the butterflies briefly froze on a flower bud.

Apparently, they had breakfast on schedule. They ate something from the middle of the flower (pollen or nectar - I do not know what butterflies eat). But it was obvious that they were not flitting aimlessly.

The butterflies were quite large in size, about 5 centimeters long and 8 centimeters wide. The coloring was so bright that when the butterfly froze on the flower, it was impossible to distinguish it from the flower itself.

Photography was further complicated by the fact that I wanted to take pictures in macro mode. And to do this, I had to bring my smartphone close enough to them. It scared the butterflies and they took off from the flower. So far, I've gotten the hang of doing it slowly and unnoticeably for the butterflies - it's been a long time. In general.

I was satisfied with the result.
