It's time for real winter weather. There was a lot of snow. Snow removal equipment is having a hard time cleaning the streets. But he practically does not look into the courtyards of houses. Therefore, there is even more snow here.
Today, special services were cleaning the roofs of houses, knocking icicles off them. And in the evening, the children and I went for a walk outside.
While the children were lying around, throwing themselves at each other and cleaning the snow in front of the entrance (and why wait for the janitors when they have shovels themselves?), I began to photograph the snowy courtyard at night. There are many light sources, and therefore interesting plots are obtained.
I tried to show as many different angles as possible.
For example, southern Sumy, covered with snow. It has been common in our yards for the last few years, although it grows mainly in the south.
A huge spreading willow in the middle of the yard looks like a giant broom.
And through the bird house, hung by a little girl from the first floor, it is interesting to watch the lighted entrance of the house opposite.
And of course, one of the wonders of winter is icicles. These are small. They hang from the porch canopy. But on the roofs of houses, icicles reach several meters. It's very dangerous.
In the evening, the courtyard is quiet. The weather is also windless today. You can stand and listen to the sounds coming from the highway for a long time. I love winter evenings so much! And you?
