They should be rewarding but I don’t think they will…yet. Many are still in the business as usual mode where a certain group gains the most while everyone else gets very little. The money changes necessary will come from the blockchain community and not the Gates/Bezos of the world. If you ask Bill if any monetary changes are needed he would probably respond “no”.
