"We live by faith, not by sight." 2 Corinthians 5:7
The second approach of human wisdom is common sense. It's based on the best logic we can put together. While it may be the best that human reasoning can offer, it's still human and based on sight, not faith. We often trust our own devices and bet on the best life we can but we're skipping the foundation and missing the guidance that God provides. We learned yesterday that God's prescription for our wisdom is to find His. His wisdom sees beyond the ambitions of this world to the true values of the eternal Kingdom.
