Teamwork... What makes it successful? A mutual vested interest in the best possible outcome... But what happens when teamwork turns dark? What happens when people collude to defraud, defame, destroy or deflate a person/project/economy etc...? What is theft? The taking of what is not yours right? Well, people who collude in mass to destroy things are known as megalomaniacs. They are deluding themselves into thinking they really hold power. Oddly it would seem that dark dreams can, in fact, become reality. But like a bad dream, people force you to live in conditions that are not real. Sure they can create poverty, distress, physical pain; but how you decide to live in your own mind is the real deciding factor. You are just as able to assemble and exercise teamwork as the next person.
Sadly teamwork can only go as far as your own mental process has gone. If you want to be a part of a high level (spiritual) team, you have to be able to quickly correctly and intuitively address threats from outside forces. This is why monasteries and other spiritual groups are formed. People have to have one another's back, just like evil people collude and have one another's back. Unfortunately, these processes cannot be stopped and have been this way for aeons. Good people will always be stronger in numbers just as evil people will. Evil people sell out for rewards of the material world, while spiritual people cultivate merits from the beyond...
Control in this reality is an illusion/delusion. If you think that you can directly control anything by force, you are deluding yourself. The only real control occurs when people chose their own path willingly. That isn't really even control at all, it's just being a. positive influence. So really teamwork is really just a noble aim to come together in hopes of becoming a positive influence on one another. Nothing more, nothing less. Growth may not happen otherwise, and where there is no personal/societal growth it's no longer a form of teamwork, but merely a form of collective collusion or delusion.
