I called these Fake Australian Taxation Office(Aussie version of the IRS) Scammers on their Australian number: (02) 6176 0877 or the international format is: +61 2 6176 0877 which is a symbio networks VoIP number. They appear to be blocking silent numbers. This Scambait involves 2 consecutive calls that I made to the scammers, and another call that the scammers made back to me(I guess they really wanted some $$$). Total time of 3 calls was 1 hour and 46 minutes prior to editing.
I have reported this to the ATO and ANZ(bank), but when I tried to report it to symbio networks they refused to take a complaint.

They wanted me to deposit money and use the reference:

They also wanted me to send a copy of the receipt to:

They also gave me an alternate number(which I will bait in a few days time):
(02) 8091 1826 or international format is: +61 2 8091 1826(this appears to be a SingTel Optus number).
