I called these scammers on the Aussie number that appears on their fake popup: +61 1800431460. They seem to be blocking silent numbers so you may have to display a number(probably Aussie number) to get through. Their VoIP provider is www.symbionetworks.com and they are providing a safe haven to scammers by not stopping their service.
The scammers IP address is: 182.73.110.226 and this link https://www.scammer.info/d/6278-scammers-at-8552054265-number-is-written-down-wrong-in-post-title-is-correct appears to be about the same scammers. I've also baited these scammers before
The scammers used Rescue by LogMeIn to connect to my Virtual Machine.
I used VirtualBox with Windows 8.1.
