I called these tech support scammers on the Australian number that appears on their popup: +61 1800431462. This is a www.symbionetworks.com VoIP number and they refuse to take the number down. The scammers seem to be blocking silent numbers most of the time. The scammers audio wasn't very good.
The scammers used Rescue by LogMeIn for their Remote Access Tool.
I used VirtualBox with Windows 8.1(This is for all of my videos).
