Nice! I'm super curious about your strategy of renting via the trade channel in Discord as opposed to just putting up your rentals with the price you want... sure it might take a couple of days to rent out but wouldn't that get you what you need? I didn't actually realise there was a trade channel in the discord (not that I spend really any time in there).
