I remember in my youth the excitement and joy that would fill me as I walked upon a candy machine aisle along with the little toys. For a single coin you could get a handful of various sweets and I would spend far too much on these and the sticker machines. They had them at bowling alleys and the movies and at some supermarkets and I would make sure I always had a pocketful of quarters that I would save from mowing lawns and picking weeds all month long. Then I would become very happy enjoying my candy and loving life.
