I do like the idea of more incentives for HP holders but I worry about :

Overcomplicating a misunderstood and underutilized thing
The rise of centralizing services that take a % of the HBD interest for users that don't want to stake HP.

Voted and reshared though, hopefully it triggers some good discussion
