Wow, thanks for sharing this amazing post. I have never been to Canada, but it is one of my dreams to visit it. I would love to do some climbing and trekking in this amazing places.
Btw the story of the 71 years old lady is amazing 😂, and shows how really the mountain is the greatest environment to live and have a healthy staying also fit (despite of your age).
